Replacement Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Exchanging can be done quickly and easily by clicking here.
Replacement Policy
Our replacement policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since receipt of your parcel, we cannot offer you a replacement.
To qualify for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain goods are exempt from being replaced. Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Requirements for a Replacement
To process your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if your order gets lost on the way. If you need to replace it for the same item, please contact us at service@gantkoo.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a replacement credit for the value of your item. Once the returned item is received, a replacement certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process a replacement credit to the gift giver and they will be informed about the replacement.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED?
Although we expect all orders to be packaged correctly and take proper percausions, we take accountability for incorrect orders received. Please take note these situations are rare but do happen. If you recieve and incorrect item we ask that you email us at service@gantkoo.com to receive a pre-paid return shipping label. We ask for you to return the item to us. Once we receive it we will ship out your correct order free of charge. We understand this may cause frustration, however stock is important to us due to being a small business. Receiving the incorrect item is valuable to our studio to ensure situations like these do not occur. We apologize in advance and hope you understand.
Refund before shipment
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via service@gantkoo.com once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelledafter 24 hours of purchase but have notbeen shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
